PERSONAL TRAINING

Our onboarding process consists of two sessions to kickstart your training journey. The first session involves an assessment to evaluate your current fitness level and establish a baseline. In the second session, we design a personalized program tailored to your goals and needs. The cost for both onboarding appointments is $120, providing you with a comprehensive starting point for your training experience.

  • Individual sessions: 30 minutes and 60 minutes

  • 60 minute partner sessions (2 people)

  • Online Sessions: 30 minutes and 60 minutes

  • Hybrid (Online/In-Person)
